    Weight increase in test?

Sorry for the questions but what your take ? I've put on 12 lbs in a month on the test E . I doubt the tren is a factor after only a week and a half . Trying to do 3k cals a day but usually end up around 2500 lean . So I know it's not over eating . I know water retention explains a bit ..... Your opinions ?

    Cycle experience?

I gained something like 25lbs on my first cycle, not using an AI end not eating the cleanest I could have.

    Where is your Arimidex from?

This would be the third but first actual full on cycle . The first two were just short trial runs with minimal dosage .

When you gain that much weight on cycle, just from androgen use - you need to question your AI legitimacy, watch BP, salt intake, make sure you're doing 4-5x cardio, clean diet.

I don't think its ever good shooting them much up in weight, often you wont keep it all.

Well I'm running that test and tren . Idk if that will bump weight up . Today I was over the norm before on cycle . Before I couldn't put weight on at all and bounced from 212-216, 229 today . Still around 11-12 body fat.

Suggestions for cutters after this cycle ? Win ?

You need to be concentrating on your Test recovery after this cycle, not dropping calories and cutting. PCT should last 6-8 weeks, then take some time off, adjust, get blood work done, then cycle again if you feel the need to.

Muscle growth and fat loss is a process, it doesn't happen in days and weeks.

I was referring to after a PCT . I'm aware of fat loss and muscle growth . I'm not new to any of that , simply new to adding anabolics. I do disagree , it does occur in days and weeks . It's those decisions that turn to long term goals

Back to the initial . I'm solid as shit everywhere . It's just the stomach area that kinda worries me , trying to stay on top of that

You disagree that muscle gain and fat loss doesn't occur in days or weeks? I don't know what you're taking, but it's either going to your brain, or you have the miracle cure for what everyone on the planet is after. Muscle gain and fat loss can occur in weeks, but it's typically a farse. You can't use cycle experience to legitimately confirm that muscle gain and fat loss occurs in days or week. It is a long, long process. It generally takes someone years of anabolic experience to figure it how to reach goals and maintain most all progress. I've been in the game for many years and I can tell you first hand that you can't and won't reach your goals in a short amount of time. No matter the amount of steroids involved.

My comment stated that muscle growth and fat loss occurs daily . You don't all the sudden lose fat or gain muscle. It's a compilation of every days choices and an accumulation . Not oh let's train for a year and boom , on the 365th day , here comes muscle lol

You can split hairs and state that fat loss and muscle growth is happening every second if you want. But that wasn't my point.

My point was it takes a long time to change the physique.

I bet my IQ is higher.... But that's here nor there. What were getting at is that we deal with alot of newbs, and 100% of them think theyre going to run a cycle, eat clean for 6-12 weeks, train 5 days a week, then voila...body of a Greek god. It don't happen like that. Yes, you can make astounding progress in a short time, but for the 98% of people who don't use anabolics, body change is so slow that it really cant be monitored in days, weeks, or even months. For people who have been training for years, it's even harder to make much change at all. Once the natural limit is reached, you can't expect much mass or fatloss, even with anabolics like you can with minimal experience in training. Our bodies are used to the abuse therefore change has to be drastic in our lives to get what little we get from cycling. A person who just starts out can expect alot the first 3 or 4 years because their bodies aren't used to the workload. But even when cycling, maintaining a 5-10 lbs increase in muscle a year takes extreme work to maintain it. 5 pounds is alot, 10 pounds is extreme. Of lean muscle that is. It is not easy to get 5 pounds of maintainable lbm that you will have from hear on out without alot of work.

I know the point your making . You came off as starting to be a smart ass and I fed it back . There's a difference between newbie and newbie to anabolics . I didn't turn to them until I got fairly stacked without .
