    Steroid cycle

    Hi
    I want your opinion about my cycle and PCT if its good or not
    Age: 24
    4 years of lifting
    Weight 75kg
    Bodyfat 6%


    - Week1: 500mg cypo - 400mg boldenone - 20mg Dianabol a day.
    - Week2: 500mg cypo - 400mg boldenone - 30mg Dianabol a day.
    - Week3: 500mg cypo - 400mg boldenone - 30mg Dianabol a day.
    - Week4: 500mg cypo - 400mg boldenone - 20mg Dianabol a day.

    - Week5: 200mg cypo - 200mg boldenone - 400mg proponete - 150mg Tren acetet
    - Week6: 600mg proponete - 200mg boldenone - Tren acetet 225mg
    - Week7: 600mg proponete - 225 Tren acetet
    - Week8: 600mg proponete - 225mg Tren acetet


    PCT:
    Clomid 100mg/day for 30 day
    Nolvadex 20mg/day for 45 day
    HCG 5000ui/week for 4 weeks

    * Armidex i dont know if its better to use it EOD one tablete
    * HCG 500ui/week start from week 5
    * Proveron is important during the course
    * I have GH if its good to use it with the course

    I took two cycles 3 years ago
    First one Deca - Dianabol - Cypo
    Second one tren - eqp - test

    I have done tons of reseaches i just want you opinion about the cycle and if somethinf wrong i hop ypu can teach me the right

    Hey , I'm new here , but to me that cycle seems off I guess.

    What are you looking to accomplish with this cycle?
    Are you training for a specific purpose?

    What is your macros look like bow vs what will they be during the cycle?

    Goals is to gain lean muscle, yea am thinking about competing in my country with a dream to be IFBB pro in physipue compition. Every year in kuwait we do a compition and the winner will be IFBB pro.


    Protein 200g - Carbs 480g - Fats 70g

    It looks confusing to me. Why not run the same cycle you ran 3 years ago? If it works, don't fix it. This just seems like a whole lot of compounds, timing, and overkill to me being a 3rd cycle. I'm not trying to talk you out of anything, but it just seems like way more than you need. In fact, it is way more than you need. I wouldn't get my body used to an overload of compounds just 3 cycles in. Keep it simple and as Admin has said for years and years, grow into your dose.

    If you win this 1 competition, you're automatically an IFBB pro?

    YES, search for mr.olympia kuwait
    But its not easy we have alot of perfect bodies. Search in instagram m_bugambar its an new ifbb here and see the level we have here

    For mass right now i want my weight to go up then i will see if i can compete or not

    Well, Test Cyp need to be run for 12 weeks IMO.

    There is no point changing to Test Prop later in the cycle, both are Testosterone but different esters.

    I'd go with:

    wk 1-12 Test Cyp 400mg/wk
    wk 1-12 EQ (Boldenone) 600mg/wk
    wk 1-6 dbol 30mg/ED
    wk 6-12 Tren Ace 50mg/ED (or 100mg/EOD)
    *Aromaisn 10mg/ED
    *HCG 500ius 2x per week

    If you want to be a pro you need to eat like one. At 75kg 6%, you can eat more and gain more with the correct food.

    Up protein to 300-350g per day.
