    Carbing up today. Had 300g extra lean ground beef, 88g white rice (dry), and some cucumber.

    Breakfast is the most important meal as it provides nutrition and energy for day time physical activities so we must have healthy breakfast daily. I had a chicken breast with raw food salad serving and a cup of steamed brown rice in salad.
