    Shoulder day was a massive success besides this long legged fit spande wearing brunette eying me down the entire time. Such a distraction :/

    Did:
    Barbell shrugs
    Dumbell shrugs
    Straight arm lateral raise
    Bent arm lateral raise
    Shoulder press
    Front raises
    Reverse cable flies

    Was a success! Wicked pump and felt good. Tired as all hell since its a turnaround day from work.. Damn nightshifts

    Bis and tris today. Gunna make it a good one like my last workout! Need that tricep growth.

    On another note, no more insulin until I get the additional supplements to take with it. Like glutamine as creatine and extra amino acids and all that fun stuff.

    Wicked workout! I honestly forget what I did so I won't explain. But I started drinking my oats again today. Missed that clean carb feeling.

    At gym now. Doing legs super quick because I have to be up at 4 tomorrow. Gotta get home, clean, and sleep!!

    Just gonna do a ton of hack squats, leg extensions, and ham curls along with some calve work

    Terrible day at work can't wait to blow off some steam at the gym. Chest day today. Feels like it's been forever since I trained it. Going to start with dumbell incline this time for some good variety! Haven't some dumbells in awhile. Would be good to get back into it. Other than that my BF% is steadily dropping but my weight is staying at 318lbs. So that's a good sign!!! Probably the oats helping my metabolism along. My body always seemed to favor oats for dieting.

    Ahhh good chest workout. Didn't actually do dumbells like I said I would. I'm going to put up some measurements soon!(after my shake) I should have put the initial ones when I did them but whatever no love lost.

    Went into work this morning... Started having ungodly pains. Now here I am waiting to go into surgery... Fuck. There goes training for awhile and there goes my diet since I'm fasting now. Goddamnit

    Well... A few weeks to go before I can get back in the gym. Done with the medication too so my appetite is finally returning. I'm so sick of not being able to eat. And even bad crap doesn't do it.... Gah.

    So day 1 again. Trained chest today. Basically a bunch of push ups with grips, incline, flies, and some cool excercises with the TRX Suspension system. I don't plan on going back to the gym, just going to train at home and accumulate my own gear over time.
