Not been 100% last couple of days so going to hit a fast, to be honest, I have never conducted a proper fast with very very low calories and only water/vitamins/minerals. I'm going to make sure I hit this fast healthy though and not feeling ill.

On Wednesday I am going run:

Laxatives
Green Tea
Vitamin C
Multi-Vitamins
Garlic
Fish Oil (but might leave this out)

Once I have expelled everything, probably through the eye of a needle out of my arse, not eat for 48 hours and only use the vitamins/green tea/minerals. I understand the need to remain hydrated.

Has anyone done this or something similar?
