        I use it the same as you, only I use it stacked with an ACE inhibitor (prescribed). However, when I take 5mgs before working out, I get extremely vascular pumps. No mater the muscle group. I can hit chest and look like spider webs across my chest. Atms really get it good. I was first told this by a competitor on another board and he said it was amazing and he used it before getting on stage as well. As high of doses as you are used to with other things, you might have a higher tolerance. Try 10-15mgs thirty minutes before working arms and check back. It might be one of those things that work for some and not others. I think that due to its mechamism of action that it should work for most.

          Does it differ for females? Is their a certain pre workout that is better for women or is it all the same? I need to find one!

            Any pre-workout from GNC or supp shop will work, but I find they are overpriced and its only the basic ingredients that are effective. Stuff like caffine, which they are loaded in, can be bought for .99 cents for 20 tabs. I would suggest 200mgs of caffine and 3-5 grams of L-arginine 30 minutes before. Caffine constricts blood vessels, but L-arginine is a vasodialator, which will counteract the constriction of the caffine (it does for me anyways). The combination of those 2 will produce the same results as any pre I have tried. I wouldnt do it everyday, except the L-arginine, and do the caffine on hard days like legs or back. Heck, everyother day indefinitely or do a 2-3 week on period with a week or 2 off. Taurine would be a nice addition for your daily supplements as well.

              Pop tarts. Not even joking. My natty buddy had a hard time getting pumps, so I made him eat 2 pop tarts pre. It's a staple for him now.

                        Women can take cialis as well. You can pick it up at cem store (the banner up top). It isn't typical for women to do this...............yet.
