So once you know about their quality you can see whats IN THEM. They have EVERYTHING a male could want in the right doses.               I know you are a vitamin/mineral guru, so what benefit do you think creatine has in terms of cutting or just staying lean? Is there reason to use it during those times? And do you ever supplement with pregnenolone? Based on your list, it seems you may benefit greatly from it (if on trt).

                It's a big challenge..
                Kale is amazing. Really any natural, unprocessed fruit and veggies are good. Canned stuff isn't the best.

                  I was doing daily: 2.5 grams DHA/EPA, 2000-3000 IU D3

                  But recently altered that to: 2.5 grams DHA/EPA, 5000 IU D3, 100 ug K2, 50 mg Zn

                  B Complex with C, Mg and K are intermittently dosed. Generally when I feel a need. I can't do A or E in high doses or even in multivitamins, as I end up with acne issues.

                    Vitamin D 5000iu+
                    Stinging Nettle Root 435mg
                    Multi Vitamin
                    Creatine, Glutamine, Taurine, BCAA

                      7200 mg fish oil (6 x 1200mg)
                      1000 mcg Inj Methyl B-12 SQ eod
                      2 high potency B-Complex
                      2 Multi Vitamin-Mineral
                      2000 mg vitamin C
                      600 IU Vitamin D
                      1000 mg Niacin, immediate release
                      1200 mg NAC
                      75g Whey Isolate mixed with 1 quart 2% milk
                      15g BCAA
                      800mg Calcium
                      400mg Magnesium
                      50mg Zinc
                      10mg Cialis 2x daily morning, evening
                      Lots of Food

                      When on a blast I add:
                      50 mg Metoprolol
                      10 mg Atorvastatin
                      Cialis gets bumped to 25mg daily
                      NAC 2400mg instead of 1200mg

                      Shit. I did not realize I took all of that every day until I wrote it all down. That must be costing me a lot of money. Lol.
