  • My first cycle please help

    So I’m going to start my first cycle I’m 19 with a super fast metabolism and have been working out since I was about 16
    I weigh about 150lb
    I’m 5’7
    And have about 12% BF
    I have trouble gaining weight and muscle because of my metabolism when I started I was about 139lb

    My current cycle which I haven’t started is going to be Test e 250mg 2/week
    Arimadex 0.5mg every other day
    HCG 250iu 3x a week

    PCT
    Nolvadex 20mg every day

    I would like to avoid most side affects if possible so please tell me if I should add, adjust, or remove anything

      I will be on a strict meal plan starting a week before my cycle consisting of five meals a day.

      Meal one*
      1/4 cup cream of rice*
      4 eggs*
      1/2 avocado
      1 scoop protein in coffee

      Meal two*
      mix together can make into a shake*
      1 cup Blue berries*
      One banana*
      1 cup sliced strawberries
      One light and fit yogurt*
      1/4 cup almonds*

      Meal three
      4 oz chicken breast*
      1 cup jasmine rice
      1 cup spinach*

      Meal four*
      4 oz chicken breast*
      1 cup jasmine rice*
      1 broccoli*

      Meal five*
      4 oz lean ground beef
      1/2 cup jasmine rice
      1 cup Broccoli*

      The only thing is my age, if taken safely and it correct amount could it have any really serious negative affects?

        At 57 I'd really stay away from AAS. I'd look into HRT. That will bring benefits and also be healthy.

        You also dont have much protein in your diet. Add 2 protein shakes at 30-40g each and add protein to meal 2.
