Are you bulking? That would be my carb intake for the day (if i could stick to it).

Buddy... That's like 60 grams of carbs from the bread. If 60 grams is your daily intake I suggest re-calculating your diet based on LBM, properly.

I'm going to edit this to elaborate and question...,
First off- was that a joke about the Reese's or were you being serious about 60g of carbs your daily bulking intake? Secondly... Are you 4ft 5" 100lbs LBM cuz that's the only way I could see 60g of protein being enough and even then.

I effectively lose weight eating 250-300g carbs daily, matched by protein.

I have been trying to keep my carbs under 100g per day on light and off days. Emphasis on the TRYING!

Unless 'trying' means failing and eating and extra 2-3 hundred I don't understand why???... Are you a mass monster? Or low BF? Ripped? Or on ALOT of AAS to sustain all that without carbs?

I run about 20-22% and by trying I mean I try to keep them under 100 to drop BF QUICK but your self proclaimed chocolate love is like my love of carbs lol.

I few that know me here know that diet is my Achilles Heal.

Ahhhh hahaha. I'm just trying to understand how that works. For sure you'll drop BF really fast but at what cost? Too me muscle retention is far more important than a hard diet. Slow and steady man.. Can't lose mass because you hate dieting.. Mass is too hard to gain and too easy to lose. (That'a how I see it) I'm not preaching though, to each his own!!

I'm really wanting to try Ezekiel Bread but no one cares locally. Is there really that big a difference in it and regular whole wheat/grains? Can you tell a significant difference? Thanks Mini-G!

It's phenomenal! Such a clean carb IMO. I mean... For bread lovers like myself anyway. It's made with beans and lentils and well.. Check nutritional info on lentils and such. It's worth it tho, really.... That's an issue with me is having a variety. If I don't I get bored and eat chocolate so mixing up my carb sources is a win win !

Muscle tissue is easy for me to gain and I take precautions to conserve it during large deficiencies
