      Its like steak. When cooked properly it melts in your mouth. Its very nice but expensive.

        kangaroo is a good source of protein, one of the leanest meats there is...

        and around here it's basically free, as long as you don't mind killing it yourself, and then skinning it and taking the meat off the bone, etc...
