Lagging parts: Slin, CJC(no dac), Ipamorelin, Test Suspension

  • Lagging parts: Slin, CJC(no dac), Ipamorelin, Test Suspension

    Every second day I train a body part that is lagging. Here's what I'm going to try to bring them up while on cycle:

    Upon Waking: 200mg CJC no DAC, 200mg Ipamorelin, 500mcg huperzine-A, 500mg green tea extract
    10-20 fasted cardio
    Breakfast: 120g oats, 1 scoop whey, 1 banana, 20g hot chocolate mix, 2-3 pickles
    60-90 minutes pre: Humulin-R (doses to be determined)
    1hr pre: 50-100mg test suspension
    10-20min pre: 1.5 scoops whey, 30g sugar, bcaa, creatine
    Intra: 40g gatorade, bcaa, universal shock therapy
    Post: 1.5 scoops whey, bcaa, creatine, 40g hot chocolate mix
    45min post: 1 scoop whey, 120g oats, 20g hot chocolate mix, banana or other fruit
    3 hr later: 1 cup rice, chicken/beef, banana or other fruit
    3 hr later: 1 cup rice, chicken/beef

    I'll be playing around with carbs as I'm still new to Humulin-R, but that's the jist of it. I'll be running everything year round except for the test. Hoping to add some serious size to these lagging parts. Just figured you guys would be interested! I'm very busy lately, but I'll check back and update if anything is worth mentioning.

      I'm undecided. I may spot inject pecs just to save my usual spots for my longer esters. It's the easiest spot for me to inject.

      I got my humulin-r in the mail on Wednesday. Shot 8 IU 75 min pre workout. Definitely prefer this over Humalog. Used it for chest/arms as well as back day. Stronger, fuller, more energy, and recovering faster in comparison to 1 shot of Humalog pre workout.

      I should have my suspension tomorrow for chest/delts/biceps, will update on how I like it.

        Tried test suspension for the first time today. Shot .4ml in each pec in the lower inside area using a 29g 12.7mm slin needle. Pain similar to a mild acetic acid pain, but also felt like there was a slight pump from the quick dispersing liquid. Trained back and felt a little stronger, and more explosive. Energy didn't run out like it usually does towards the end of a workout. Also upped my pre humulin-r from 8iu to 10iu and added a second 4iu shot 5 hours after the first shot. Liking this alot and I feel there is a lot of potential. I have grown since I've gotten hum-r, no doubt.

          Never tried Test Susp but always wanted to.

            Canadian UG lab, medistar. Solid products. Never had an issue with them and I've been with them since the beginning.

            Gained 10lbs in the last week and a half or so. No fat gain noticed. Everything looks fuller and just overall thicker. Threw in some glutamine in my shakes and it helped with the pumps. Bigger pumps than without.
