    My name's Jason and I am new to this board. I am IRL friends with OnTheSauce and he referred me to this board, so I joined. I am originally from Georgia, so I will be participating in the Georgia Crew thread a lot.

    I compete in the NPC and competed Novice in 2012 and Junior in 2013. I won my weight class and the overall for the Junior division this year, so I suppose my only option is to compete Open next timeā€¦ I want to grow and improve a lot before then, so I'm considering taking all of 2014 to try to add as much quality mass as I can. Then again, I'm 32 and so time is not on my side.

    I'd love to connect with other competitors, I'm always trying to learn and experiment, so I value other juicers and competitors ideas and methods, and I keep a very open mind.

    I'm wicked ****ing lazy so I haven't got any pics to post right now, but I will take my ass over to photo bucket or something and host some pics so I can post them here.

    I also think it's lulzy that I can talk about using steroids here but can't type the word "fuck" lmao

        Been getting A LOT more work this month so that's good news, plus two more interviews this week. Hope to be working two jobs soon, so that will help with the upping of the doses.

                    LMAO, I am in no condition to be photographed topless at the moment. The problem with getting down to 4% body fat is that when you're 12% I feel like the fattest piece of shit alive. Right now I'm looking pretty good in the right lighting, but I need to get all this body hair off. Chest and back and shoulders, I look like the fuking wolf man. I'll see what I can do soon, I have a little Veet left over from my pre-contest delousing.

                    Those pics were taken after my last contest, the next day. The night before I'd eaten as much Chinese food as I possibly could, and chugged so much ice water. Even though I had a shit ton to drink (no booze, just ice water), I look dryer there than at my show.

                    My daily diet is a lot looser than pre-contest, but the basics are relatively low fat, 75g or so most days. 500-600g carbs daily, depending on training or off that day. 300-350 g protein daily. I eat 2-3 cheat meals per week, one usually fast food, Wendy's or McDonald's. Those days the fat would be a little higher. I eat a lot of eggs, beef, chicken, tuna, tilapia. Carbs are typically rice or potatoes, but I allow some bread and cereal (Frosted Flakes is GOAT) in the off-season, and fruit. Veggies whatever and however much I like, I love veggies. Fats usually olive oil used in cooking, what comes with the meat, and a little bit of cheese and greek yogurt. Some nuts and nut butters every few days, usually spread on whole wheat toast or english muffin. I shoot for 4k+ calls per day.

                    As for cycle… I don't cycle. I never come off. Been on for 2+ years. Blast and cruise is the life for me, wanna turn pro. Hopefully HCG works for me when the time comes to make the babies.

                    During cruise I'll shoot like 0.7 cc test e once per week for like 200 mg weekly.
                    Offseason blast is high test e, at least 1 g weekly. Last 2 offseason blasts I used 900 mg EQ too, and last offseason I used 400 or so mg of NPP. Slin year round but more in the offseason, 15 iu pre workout.
                    This offseason I think I'm going to focus on higher test and do test only. I'ma run Sust 250 and test e, 1.5 g weekly and orals 4 weeks on, 4 weeks off.
                    During prep, I use 50 mg prop EOD, 50 mg Mast daily, and up to 120 mg tren daily. I start tren at 70 mg daily and ramp up from there. I also use T3 and clen ED for the duration of prep. Clen I cycle 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off. Last 4 weeks I add adex and an oral like winni or halo or anavar.

                    I find that I tolerate Tren quite well, even at higher levels of consumption. I sweat during the night a bit, but that's about it.

                    As for supplements, I take Cell Tech right now lol. Like actual Muscle Tech Cell Tech. They gave me some for winning my last show. I use a pre-workout (right now Expand X2, but whatever is cheap) I drink the Cell Tech and powdered Gatorade for the carbs to offset the skin I take. Only other supplement is Protein, whey post workout and at other times when I want a bump.

                    I also take general health sups, multi and fish oil mostly, but hawthorn extract and Vit C too.

                        Awesome work jasona! Another GA boy that's my age. Id like to know your training split both on and off season. This off season, I've really screwed the pooch. Running high test, but due to some crappy luck and mild depression, I havent trained as planned. I'm talking 1 day a week some weeks. Mostly 3x, but still..... you're pictures are inspiring, as I should in theory be that thick. Not as defined, as I dont compete (yet), but maybe I can get remotivated and bust my butt. PM me and let me know what area youre from if you dont care. And on another note, eat chinese before your next comp! Good Lord at the carb load!

                          I moved to Maine, and have been having a bit of a rough time with work, so of course that impacts my bodybuilding. It takes money away from gear and food. Things are looking up right now but for a while it was a little rough and so I feel ya, I'm not quite where I'd like to be either.

                          The good news has been that I've had plenty of time to lift. I have been hitting it 5 days a week plus 2 yoga sessions per week, so I exercise 6 days a week almost all weeks.

                          I do a 5 day split:
                          Chest
                          Back
                          Arms
                          Shoulders
                          Legs

                          I do yoga twice per week too, for general health and improving muscle control and flexibility. The idea behind the yoga is that it will help me to be better at my posing routine.

                          I try to work out 2-3 days on, one day off, so my routine doesn't always fall on the same days. Just depends on how busy I am with work, etc.

                          I like to drink massive amounts of pre-workout and jam out to rap music on the way to the gym, so that helps with my motivation too.

                          As for how I train, I go between high-rep, high volume stuff and low-rep, high intensity (more maxing out) stuff. How I decide what to do depends a lot on how my joints feel and what I did last week.

                          The High Rep program I got from OTS, he taught me the basic principles. It's 4 or 5 exercises, 4 sets 15-20 basically. Low rest. Hurts like a bitch the next day.

                          The Low Rep stuff I do is your basic max out, low rep. 1-5 reps per set, longer rest.

                          Insulin is a huge part of my workouts, creating massive pumps. Awesome stuff.

                          Anyway, we're all gonna make it bro. I hope that you're able to hit it hard in 2014 and we can inject mass amount of juice.

                              I just started going to one of the classes at the gym. They have them Tuesday and Saturday for an hour. You could probably find a cheap ass DVD too. It seems to help a little bit?
