    Has anyone ever had any lipid problems that have corrected through diet, supplementation and cardio?

    My cholesterol profile is not good right now.

    I've added in:

    1 Avocado per day
    2 TBSP EVOO
    2 TBSP Coconut Oil
    4g Omega-3
    Handful of mixed nuts
    1 Salmon steak per day
    1 Sirloin steak per day
    6-8 whole organic cage free eggs
    1 fillet of talipia

    Supplements I take anyway are:

    Vit C 1g every day
    400-800mg Curcumin
    1 tab Vit K2

    Also added:

    Iron Mag Labs Cycle Support, has a ton of vitamins, minerals and herbs to sort out liver toxicity and lipid balance. Pretty sure, Steroidal.com is going to come out with its own version of this supplement - it looks great.

    Cardio 3-4x per week 20-30mins.

    Will get BW drawn in 4-5 weeks from now.

    NO anabolic steroids, not used them for over 5 years. HRT at 100-150mg Test E per week. Occasional use of Aromasin 25mg/ED - might cause problems I know.

    My total cholesterol was 402. I used a supplement called CholesterOff(by natures valley I believe), supplemented with CoQ10, and within 3 months it went to 200. They have to be used together. I was recommended by an M.D. from another forum a few years ago. It worked well for me.
