What happened with my glute shot?

Last week I was doing my regular shots. It was 2.5ml in each glute. 2ml tren enanthate, .5ml test enanthate. I pinned my right glute as usual, no issues, nothing out of the ordinary. By the time I poked my left glute, everything got weird. I started to get dizzy and light headed real fast. I started sweating immediately and got really hot. Heart rate seemed to slow to a crawl. I could barely push the plunger in as I lost all my strength and could hardly stand. I managed to push 2.3/2.5ml in with all might before I pulled the syringe out, dropped it on the floor, stumbled to my room and collapsed on my bed. I was about to call Mini-G or 911 but I waited it out. 10 minutes later everything returned to normal. I examined my glutes and my shots were in the usual place. I've since pinned glutes again with no issues. What the hell happened?

Never had anything like that happen, perhaps you had some of the steroidal oil go into a vein and it cause adverse effects.

I'd leave that glute alone for a couple of weeks now.

Perhaps mental, but I only started thinking bad thoughts when I got light headed. It was definitely scary though.

Will do. Had to pin glutes again for reassurance the next shot, but this time it's delts.

When injection frequency permits - I rotate glutes, delts, quads - left side then right.

That's similar to what I used to do, but my quads never took well to any oil-based injections so I very rarely do them anymore.

Yeah, same here.

Always PIP and painful to inject as well, might be more sensitive.

I used to hate needles and the first time i pinned this happened to me. It was all mental for me and once i did a couple more this stopped happening. I was freaking myself out so much I had the same exact side effects.

that happened to me one time on a test e cycle pinning quad. I'd assume either passed through a vein and some went in. I didn't cough which is supposedly the tell tell sign of injecting into a vain. Did you aspirate?
