    Well, as promised, here´s my log. Stats: 34, 5'10 and 188lbs , 16% bf (had 17% a month ago but lowered to 16% after a really clean and hard diet before starting the cycle). Will try to lower the BF a bit further and get only a few pounds of lean mass. I prefer not overweighting neither get water ret this time and see how this cycle works for me.

    I´m in the first WK of the cycle (started on monday 3rd). This is what includes:

    wk 1-8 Test Prop 100mg/EOD
    wk 1-8 Winstrol 50mg/ED
    wk 1-8 Aromasin 12.5mg/ED
    wk 2-8 HCG 500ius 2x per week
    wk 1-8 Clenbuterol doing 2 wks on/off

    Today was my 2nd pin day (first was monday) and I am really happy about the vitality I have. I noticed a bit more of strenght on monday workout (i train at night so had all day for the test/winny to make effect) and lot better recovery yesterday. Today will workout at night again and same on friday (I train just 3 days a week but re-acond my routine to match the cycle beneficts).

    Will check my weight / physical aspect on sunday and update this log with any important variation. Have a great day!

    Following. Excited to see how the 3x weekly workout schedule goes. When you get time, can you post up a sample week of your training routine?

      I echo what Warmouth said, to me three training sessions a week seems minimal, however I am very interested to see how this goes. Thanks for posting it

          Forgot to mention the diet. Will keep maintenance intake for the first 2 weeks to see if I can afford the heavier routine without eating extra and look the way my bf % reacts. Will adjust it at the beggining of 3rd week possible adding 300cal over maintenance if all goes fine.
          Possibly ur thinking why I am not eating more from the start or why i am not concerned about gaining too much muscle if I decided to run steroids? well , as I train for strenght (althought i am not a competitive athlete) body weight is important. Lean muscle and extra strenght is my target and as a first cycle after years, I will use it to learn from myself and how it responds to the compounds, dosages, training method and diet. Will take it as a test for improving the next ones.
          About the 3 day workout, will post it tonight. Bye!

            Are you taking oral Winstrol?

            I did a cycle like this a coupe of months back, but with Tren and Anavar. Short 6 weeker, worked well.

            What dietary supplements are you taking too every day?

                As I said before, Anavar is a "hard to get" compound here... so moved to ORAL winstrol (because of this was my question about taking it for the whole 8 weeks or drop it at the 6th living test prop alone till PCT).

                As dietary supplements I regularly take this ones:
                - Multi Vit & Min (i am not a big friend of veggies so this helps)
                - Whey Protein powder (just for the post workout)
                - Fish Oil with high EPA DHA ratio (have a bit of HT and this works really well for me)
                - CoQ10 (for the HT too and neuromuscular fatigue)
                - Zma + Melatonin (for a good sleep)

                Now for the cycle I added this ones:
                - Cycle Support from IL
                - NAC (even knowing that Cycle Support has NAC too but I need to stay sure I am fighting at my best against liver toxicity)

                What do u think about ? Am I missing an important one or wasting money in other that doesn't look necessary ?

                  I think it all looks good. I would use the winstrol the last 6 weeks.

                    You could add in cardiovascular meds for cholesterol health actually and heart protection.

                      That's a great idea Admin! I think maybe a stickied thread could he in order on cardiovascular meds. It's been a concern of mine, and I take them particularly because I don't have great cardiovascular health anyways. I typically recommend to locals things like Crestor and Lipitor when using rougher compounds. Some naturals would be good too. Good idea you have here!

                            Everything going OK! Wanna say sorry for delaying the update but was hard to arrive home on time these days. After completing the first week this is what I got:

                            BW: increased by 1.5 pounds (a bit more than expected... so I wont add calories by now and continue with maintenance cals for this 2nd week and see...)

                            BF: reduced from 16% to almost 15% (noticed in my belly fat mostly)

                            Physical changes: apart from the belly fat the most visible change is in my shoulders that growed and got rounded a bit.

                            Performance/Training changes: my most expectant point and really happy about this. I feel lot less sore and my strenght and recovery improved a lot. Taking in mind I always work with heavy weights (only between my 85-95% RM) is where I see the improvements. I almost double the working volume and even increse the weight by 5% in specific exercises without hesitation. This indicates me that the changes we do to the normal routine are working fine (at least by now). Remember I am using this cycle to test how me and the teaked routine work under steroids enviroment.

                            Sides: none at the moment taking 12.5mg Aromasin daily, Cycle Suppport, NAC and 500ui HCG 2 x WK from this 2nd week till the PCT.

                            Let me know if u need any other information or want any specific detail I forgot. Have all a nice day!

                            FORGOT TO MENTION I AM NOT DOING ANY CARDIO... will take this in care if the BF stops its downward trend.

                              You should be doing cardio for heart health, if not doing it for fat loss.

                              20mins 3-4x week.
