Fish oil is good for heart health, general health, and joints.
Flax seed is super rich in omega 3 and 6 fatty acids
Greens+ multi has everything and then some
Greens+ bone builder is a concoction for calcium absorption and various bone and joint aiding supplements
Zinc is good for natural test production and appetite
Potassium is good for high BP and something to do with sodium
    Milk thistle for liver
Branch chain amino acids is the building blocks of LIFE
B12 is overall well being, appetite and energy

And ask him about the rest... I have no idea about CoQ, cholesteroff and whatever else stuff he has

Wow! I bet the CoQ10 bill gets expensive!! I like this profile of supps. Mine is very similar but I take way more C, only 100mg of CoQ10. I do, however want to add the pregnenolone to my regimen. I'd like to bump my CoQ10 but man, I gotta eat too! LOL

Just ordered my Source Naturals Life Force for Men. I love their vitamins, probably the best in the world, but expensive.

Haven't even heard of them. I'm not as much of a fan of vitamins. I take them but I won't spend $100's a month.

I just got them delivered yesterday. 180 tablets lasts 2 months at 3 per day.

Its not just about whats IN these vitamins, its the quality. I will try to find the study where Source Naturals came out on top of about 500 tested vitamins. So once you know about their quality you can see whats IN THEM. They have EVERYTHING a male could want in the right doses. I swear I notice a difference when I take them every morning, full of energy.

    Me too.

Admin, if you can find the Source Naturals study that would be awesome. If not, your word is good enough for me.

I know you are a vitamin/mineral guru, so what benefit do you think creatine has in terms of cutting or just staying lean? Is there reason to use it during those times? And do you ever supplement with pregnenolone? Based on your list, it seems you may benefit greatly from it (if on trt).

    It's a big challenge..
Kale is amazing. Really any natural, unprocessed fruit and veggies are good. Canned stuff isn't the best.

    I was doing daily: 2.5 grams DHA/EPA, 2000-3000 IU D3

    But recently altered that to: 2.5 grams DHA/EPA, 5000 IU D3, 100 ug K2, 50 mg Zn

B Complex with C, Mg and K are intermittently dosed. Generally when I feel a need. I can't do A or E in high doses or even in multivitamins, as I end up with acne issues.

    800mg Calcium

Lol. Thanks. I'll bet most people didn't go into their kitchen and look at everything though. I did I bet it's not that different from what most take.
