    I used this one machone, I lay on my stomach and there's this weight at my ankles I lift. That's what I've done so far.. What else could I do?

    Should train all of your legs on that day.

    Do glutes (butt)
    Quads (front of your legs)
    Ham strings (back of your legs)
    Both abductors!

    You can always do squats for your butt too. And it'll help define the rest of your legs. Just ask a trainer or someone who woks at the gym what exercises you can do for your legs!

    Whenever I want to look for new exercises to do I hit this website: Hip Exercise Menu

    The link is for Gluteus Maximus (Butt) but it has exercises for all muscles with videos of how to do them.

    Squats! Is the new thing a lot of my girlfriends are doing too lol I do generally work on the front and back of my legs too, doing those works out your butt. What with the smile? Hmm lol

    Seems like a good site! I deff like to make myself into a cartoon lol no I will check the stuff soon thanks!

    Squats and lunges do wonders for the butt. Light weight leg presses going high reps to failure is another good one to work in (mostly because it works the quads with the squats). Good mornings are another fantastic exercise to start your glutes routine. They really stretch the hamstrings and prep you forbsquats and lunges.
