    I have found that heavy free weight flys really helped develop my chest

    I can try. Take barbell with weight you can manage. Grab the bar with palms down. Curl up and at top curl the wrists back. Slowly lower and at the bottom, curl the wrists in. Thats 1 rep. Hope it is explained correct.
