    There is a supplement out there that works. You know I'm not a supp guy, but nX6 works! You get pumps without even working out. I can take it and be pumped on the way to the gym. Most days I use only cialis. Although I use cialis everyday regardless of gym or not.

    Easier said than done. My shoulders refuse to get a good solid pump. I had to do 2 'fst-7' excercise a in a row in order to get a gigantic pump one day. That's retarded in itself

    I think as long as you get the pump, muscle will eventually grow and reach the pump size. My opinion.

    Thanks!!! I wish my shoulders werent so stubborn... They're like 5th graders stompin' their feet and yelling NO! Lol but it was a great workout actually! Had a severe pump after front raises... One of those tense ones

    Thats alot of volume! I hope it works out for you. I find my shoulders develop quite fast, so I have to evenly work them or my front delts will out grow my rears, or vice versa. I do work them with lower reps and high weights, which could eventually bite me in the butt. Shoulder presses I go very heavy. I normally do 4 sets, with the first being a light, warm up set with a decent amount of reps. Shoulders are my best feature, and I know what works for me. Hopefully this plan you have laid out will work for you.

    Shoulder day!

    I'm wrecking the delts and traps today. You'll all come to learn and understand that my delts are my nemesis. They don't like me and never have. A buddy of mine told me to hit side delts with MAD volume. Said he had the same problem and that's how he remedied it.

    So my plan is:

    Hammer str. Shoulder press 2 warm up 3 working
    DB front raises
    Side lateral raises 6 working
    Upright rows 6 working
    Swingers 3 til failure
    FST-7 mid side laterals

    Then shrugs an all that.

    Think that's enough volume??
