First time user looking for additional advice.
5ft 11, 37 years old mainly doing Strongmam workouts
My cycle is
5 weeks 1ml of each twice a week
3 weeks off due to holiday no PCT
10 weeks 1ml of each twice a week
PCT is what I'm not sure off as been advised breaking cycles with 6 to 8 weeks gap will be fine however own research suggests different
Main reason is for strength gains for strongman comps.
Looking for peoples experience on this as well as good PCT set ups to help keep some of my gains.
