      6'3" 232 currently , started at 220.
      Maintaining around 3-3200 cals a day . Seven weeks in .

        I have found that most all ugl sustanon uses more solvents than needed, as well as ethyl oleate (which is a pin for many). The reason is when combining multiple esters, often times the hormone won't stay in solution as easily when using normal percentages of benzyl alcohol or benzyl benzoate. That's their theory, even though for the most part it's not true.

          Try increasing lifts and food first, rather than doses.

          You're up 13lbs, thats good IMO for 7 weeks.

          Has body fat stayed the same or gone down?

              Increase calories, progress lifts and if progressions stops after 10-12 weeks, then think about upping doses, or lower intensity/volume for 2-3 weeks and repeat.

              Upping your dose should be the last option after lifting and food has gone up.
