                  1/3 of a 600g ex-lean ground beef meatloaf, 300g broccoli, all topped off with a little bit of italian sausage pasta sauce. Can't forget a little bit of PB and fish oil for the fats on the side.

                            Just had my whole wheat sandwich with egg white omelet. Trying to manage health bodyweight and having nutritive meal plans with regular exercises.
