    Normal weight 190 13%

    Few weeks before I start I pulled back on carbs, dropped to 184

    Maintenance seems to fall at about 2300 cals (from experience rather than exact calculations)

    Prop/tren /var 8 weeks

    Im 3 days into diet and hating every minute of it, especially at night my body is craving carbs.

    My plan here is to recomp, drop bf%

    Eat at maintenance for the first few weeks, then adjust depending on what the mirror says.

    Any of you guys feel free to comment and help a guy out to better results, man my stomach is hating me at bed time

    Diet I'm trying to keep easy and simple

    please excuse my choice for white rice over brown, it just seems to go down better

    Cardio is 35-40 4-5 days per week moderate pace


    MEAL 1
    4 EGG WHITES
    1 EGG WHOLE
    ½ CUP OATS

    MEAL 2
    60Z 99%FF GROUND TURKEY
    1 CUP WHITE RICE

    MEAL 3
    60Z CHICKEN BREAST
    1 MED/LARGE SWEET POTATOE
    GREENS

    MEAL 4
    BSN SYNTHA -6 1.5 SCOUPS
    1 CUP WHITE RICE

    WORKOUT

    MEAL 5 ( POST WO)
    BSN SYNTHA-6 1.5 SCOUPS
    ½ CUP OATS

    MEAL 6
    6OZ CHICKEN BREAST
    GREENS

    MEAL 7
    1 CAN TUNA BEFORE BED( WAS CONSIDERING COTTAGE CHEESE FF BUT MAY AVOID DAIRY)

    What time are you training and waking up? When you say greens what exactly does that mean? Can you list exactly what greens you eat?

      i have about 1/2 cup broccoli along side of about 1/2 cup spinach leaves in both servings.

      I wake up at 615 AM ( pin peps)

      m1 is 7:30
      m2: 9:30
      m3:11;45
      m4: 2:30
      GYM lift then cardio
      m5 post w/o
      m6 6;45
      m7 9:00

        probably a little more than a half of a cup but I dont count them i just eat a handfull of each ( prolly not the best idea)


        every meal is weighted out exactly to the oz ( except the sweet potato i just try to make sure they are all same size)

          Meal one is pretty small with only 4 whites. I would bump it to 8 whites. 200 grams of sweet potato is 40 grams of carbs uncooked. I would weigh them. I think you should add more greens to your meals and have greens with meal 7 as well. You could have a piece of fruit with meal one as well. You are eating about what I eat for maintenance and you have 30 lbs on me

            Ill up the whites, and weight the potatoes ( good call)

            the potato i microwave, is that okay?

            ill see what I can do on the greens and add in a small piece of fruit in meal 1

            that should get me up a few cals.

            ya but your shorter( not that that matters) and and prolly a good 2% leaner than I , our LBM is probably only 12-15 lbs different. which is about 200 calories( i could be a off?) maybe i should bump them a tad? I will add the few things in bro and recalculate.

            recommendation on fruit and serving size?

              Yeah I microwave mine. I like the texture better that way with my sweet potatoes. It makes them more like a russet instead of mushy when you cook them in the oven. If you post up the macros for each meal we can tweak it more? I think you are close though

                  I love my orange juice in the morning but berry s are another great one on top of you oats. Yummy

                      More fiber! You are eating a lot of cabs through the day. I would assume your body will adjust. Green leafy veggies.

                          I'm dropping weight fast guys I don't like it.. Ahhhh

                          I'm down 4 lbs in 3 days.. Cardio is ed 25min at 6mph
                          I'm upping cals by just a tad 2morro. Adding in those eggs n a few more veges and fruit in morning .. Maybe I'll up a portion size as well..

                          Damn scale I should toss the thing

                          Im looking leaner/ smaller already... I'm sure its just swapping to complete clean eating and cardio

                              Nope I hit 355 for a single on Monday on flat. Personal best is 365.

                              I compete so I can measure strength very well on bench
