talapia help!!

Hey guys lil help .. Some one in the house decided to take the last of my chicken n I can't make it to the store till morning

I got a butt ton of talapia..have no clue how to cook it? Any quick suggestions???? Need to get this meal in asap!!

Are they better in the pan or baked? If pan can I just use my non stick n heat em up?. Lol sorry such a stupid question , I'm not a fish guy

Just kidding man. Been there, done that way too many times myself.

If you can get yourself some cedar planks for grilling and use those to grill your talapia on, its pretty good. Or at least the cedar plank talapia I had was.

Tilapia in the US are farmed on stripped bass farms. They arent fed and are used as a waste management for the stripped bass dookie. They are not fed or cared for, they only eat crap. Then when they get to a certain size, they are harvested, cleaned, and packaged for human consumption. When I saw this episode I about puked.
