    I agree...found the stuff a few months ago and sing the praises. Gram for gram it;s better than oats and brn rice...and great for bread lovers (like me)

        It doesnt store long as there are no preservatives. It can get moldy in a week

          Oh yeah! Beans and lentils, heck yes! Now I'm getting it. Man that really opens the door back up for "bread" again! I guess I need to just order it online since I can't get it locally. Thanks man!

            Ah, I see. Thanks guys. Yeah, I'm a bread lover but it doesn't love me back. I'm definitely going to have to give this stuff a whirl.

                  Dairy is healty, but depending on physique goals, it can be aweful. Lactose is a major factor in that "stubborn" fat around the abs. For most, that's the most difficult part to shed and dairy sticks there. Most all, if not all national level BBers and even amateurs cut out all dairy for precontest prep. Water, green tea, and coffee is the best for "ripping up". But I'm with you, I love the milk. 2% please!

                    In morning my routine is to take banana juice and 8 to 10 white part of egg only avoiding yolk. this is my daily routine.

                      2 boiled eggs - 170 cals - 0 c - 14 p - 12 f
                      1/2 cup egg whites - 85 cals - 0 c - 20 p - 0 f
                      1/4 cup oats - 75 cals - 14 c - 2 p - 1 f
                      1/2 scoop chocolate whey - 70 cals - 1 c - 15 p - 1 f

                      total
                      400 cals - 15 c - 51 p - 14 f

                        Hi Admin,
                        I had a chicken breast with a cup of steamed brown rice and raw food salad bowl in breakfast. To maintain my body weight I am having diet meals with regular exercises.

                            wake up 25g pro shake, coffee
                            12 egg whites 2 yokes 2 cups plain steel cut oats used to be milk but now no milk...
                            then 50g pwo shake with separate creatine shake
                            after that my food choice varies throughout the day. still eating half red half white meat. and rice/pasta/potatoes with all meals and starting now to eat more green veggies for carbs towards bedtime...
