Oh yeah! Beans and lentils, heck yes! Now I'm getting it. Man that really opens the door back up for "bread" again! I guess I need to just order it online since I can't get it locally. Thanks man!Originally posted by Mini-G View PostIt's phenomenal! Such a clean carb IMO. I mean... For bread lovers like myself anyway. It's made with beans and lentils and well.. Check nutritional info on lentils and such. It's worth it tho, really.... That's an issue with me is having a variety. If I don't I get bored and eat chocolate so mixing up my carb sources is a win win !

Dairy is healty, but depending on physique goals, it can be aweful. Lactose is a major factor in that "stubborn" fat around the abs. For most, that's the most difficult part to shed and dairy sticks there. Most all, if not all national level BBers and even amateurs cut out all dairy for precontest prep. Water, green tea, and coffee is the best for "ripping up". But I'm with you, I love the milk. 2% please!Originally posted by whitestone"OdinsOtherSon" I don't know how much you are sincere with your health or you have something more special and different in your mind regarding your health..
But I start my every day with the help of Yogurt, Milk, and Soymilk.. It's very healthy breakfast for me..
I think..
