I’m looking to buy a set of dumbbells for home workouts and could use some advice. I want something durable, ideally with comfortable grips and a non-slip coating. I’ve been researching and noticed a lot of options for rubber dumbbells UK, but I’m unsure whether to go for fixed-weight or adjustable sets.
