So where are the 1500 calories coming from if you're only getting 160 cals from carbs?

It seems like the younger you are when you give birth, the better you bounce back to your pre-pregnancy weight/physique. It is likely the youthful hormonal profile that allows women to bounce back so well in their 20's.

I had a baby on November 12th. Prior to delivery i was 175 lbs. Prepregnancy I was 136 lbs. As of my doctors appt today I was 145 lbs! I thought i would keep up with my progress on here. Feel free to post any tips.
I will be going to the gym starting on the 1st and have been doing some cardio and body weight exercises since the six week post pregnancy. I started a low carb diet on 12/29 with a goal of 40 carbs and 1500 calories a day.
