  • Suggestions for a second cycle??

    Hi,

    I am new to this forum but have had a good read and see there is alot of knowlege and things i could learn from the members.
    My stats.
    Age-28
    Height-5'11
    Weight- 187lb
    Bodyfat- 8.9%

    I did my first cycle around 2 months ago so im starting to plan what i want to do for my second when i have given my body the right time to recover.

    My first cycle was as follows.
    Test enanthate 400mg/per week spilt(mon/thurs)
    Anavar- week 10 to start of pct (4 weeks in total) 80mg per day split into am/pm.
    Hcg- 500iu/per week split(mon/thurs)
    Arimidex- started at 0.25eod but got gyno symptoms so i upped it to 0.5mg eod and everything went back to normal so i stayed at this for the cycle.
    Pct- 2 weeks after last shot i ran clomid at 50mg for 2 weeks and nolva at 25mg for 4 weeks.
    Starting weight before cycle was 178lb at 11.4% body fat and after cycle was 199lb. I am currently at 187lb at 8.9% body fat approximately 2 months after pct.
    My diet whilst on cycle was 3400 calories 40% protein 40% carbs 20% fat which seemed to work well for me.

    I am wondering what you guys would recommend for a second cycle. I was thinking maybe upping test to 500mg and maybe adding something else just not to sure what??

      Thanks! My long term goal is to get to 200 at around 8% body fat. So im still wanting to put on a fair bit of size.

        Great to see someone doing their research! I would suggest doing the same cycle again, maybe without the anavar. That is, if it worked well.

          Thanks for the reply warmouth. Yeh i was thinking of trying the same again but upping the test to 500mg/weekly. What would you recommend to help with cutting fat? Was thinking of adding something in towards the end of the cycle or during. What are your thoughts?

            Honestly, to cut fat, I wouldnt add another AAS. If anything, I would suggest some T3, albuterol or clenbuterol, or just a basic ECA stack. I know you've read it a million times already, but diet is the key to cutting or bulking. It can't be stressed enough. Adding a thermogenic can certainly assist, but it should be used as assistance to the calorie deficit.
