Hey everyone thanks for taking the time to read my post. I started my fitness journey 2 years ago, I weighed 235 @ 30%bf and was sick of the way I looked and felt. I spent the first year on diet and cardio very little lifting and lost 60lbs. Then i started to lift Its been about 15 months of consistant lifting andive seen lots of gains and progress, but im still learning and growing. I am currently between 175 and 185 and about 13%bf. I overtrain (lift 5 sometimes 6 days a week) and usualy run twice a week (3 miles on day 6 to 12 miles the other) I am looking to take that next step...diet? Training? Science? I am not sure where i want or need to go but I want more!! People as my goal and if I had to put a word to it I would say Fitness Model. . . . I currently intake a 250pro/250carb/80fat split. Ask me anything and thanks in advance for any help

Please post your diet and training program in the Diet Forum and we can go over both for you and see if we can help improve things. Please include supplements.
