What have you previously ran? Cycle history and such

Body fat at 15% . I have taken tren ace last year 6 weeks before my show for cutting I took 75mg eod along with 50 mg of test prop. And for the last 12 weeks been bulking with test cup week I weighed at 230 at the beginning of this cycle.1-8 500 mg a week 250 Mon 250 Thursday. 9-12 750 a week.
