Sorry for the questions but what your take ? I've put on 12 lbs in a month on the test E . I doubt the tren is a factor after only a week and a half . Trying to do 3k cals a day but usually end up around 2500 lean . So I know it's not over eating . I know water retention explains a bit ..... Your opinions ?

When you gain that much weight on cycle, just from androgen use - you need to question your AI legitimacy, watch BP, salt intake, make sure you're doing 4-5x cardio, clean diet.
I don't think its ever good shooting them much up in weight, often you wont keep it all.

Well I'm running that test and tren . Idk if that will bump weight up . Today I was over the norm before on cycle . Before I couldn't put weight on at all and bounced from 212-216, 229 today . Still around 11-12 body fat.
Suggestions for cutters after this cycle ? Win ?

Muscle growth and fat loss is a process, it doesn't happen in days and weeks.

I was referring to after a pct . I'm aware of fat loss and muscle growth . I'm not new to any of that , simply new to adding anabolics. I do disagree , it does occur in days and weeks . It's those decisions that turn to long term goals

You disagree that muscle gain and fat loss doesn't occur in days or weeks? I don't know what you're taking, but it's either going to your brain, or you have the miracle cure for what everyone on the planet is after. Muscle gain and fat loss can occur in weeks, but it's typically a farse. You can't use cycle experience to legitimately confirm that muscle gain and fat loss occurs in days or week. It is a long, long process. It generally takes someone years of anabolic experience to figure it how to reach goals and maintain most all progress. I've been in the game for many years and I can tell you first hand that you can't and won't reach your goals in a short amount of time. No matter the amount of steroids involved.

My comment stated that muscle growth and fat loss occurs daily . You don't all the sudden lose fat or gain muscle. It's a compilation of every days choices and an accumulation . Not oh let's train for a year and boom , on the 365th day , here comes muscle lol
