  • First Test Cycle, How does it look?

    Hi guys, so I've finally manned up and decided to turn to pinning, I'm quite new to it all so go easy on me, but I've done a fair bit of research before hand, I've done previous T Bol and Var cycles but wasn't very clued up then and was a bit stupid with them

    I'm 23, and I feel I've hit the wall which I can't seem to get past so decided it's time for some help, Weight is 147lbs, not to sure on my BF need to get it done but unfortunately my gym hasn't got the equipment, will get bloods done before also but anyways....

    I'm from the UK so I know we measure things differently, our Test E comes in a 10ml vial

    So was going to run:

    Week 1-10: Test E 2ml every 4 days
    Week 1-10: HCG 250ius every 4 days
    Week 1-10: Aromasin 12.5 daily
    Week 10-12: HCG 500ius Mon & Thurs until PCT

    PCT:

    Week 1: 50mg Clomid & 40mg Nolva daily
    Remaining 5 weeks: 25mg Clomid daily & 20mg Nolva daily

    Looking to get a bit of mass and some good strength gains out of this cycle so any help would be much appreciated, let me know any changes I should make to this

    I'm going to say a couple of things, so take it for what you will. I'm not going to give you the "too young to cycle" speech, as I can tell you have done your research. It looks like a well thought out cycle in my opinion, without knowing the dose your testosterone is. I'm assuming 200-250mgs/ml. What has caught my eye is your weight. Unless you are 5'4" tall, you're very very light to be using powerful anabolics. There are several reasons, and I can give detail if you'd like, but you're not eating enough calories, and one can only assume you're wanting anabolics to help you gain. That's what we all want, don't get me wrong, but if you start introducing these hormones now, you run a real risk at causing damage to joints, ligaments, and hpta. The hpta is a given, but adding quick mass to a frame that is on the light side, your ligaments and joints may not catch up to the weight and your risk for permanent damage is real. I really need to know your height. I'm only looking out for your best intrest now and know you're going to do what you want. But if you're not eating enough now, who's to say you'll eat enough to support new mass from the cycle after? That's why people can blow up and then lose everything. What are your thoughts on what I said?

      Hey mate thanks for the response, I am quite short to be fair I'm 5ft 7 but yeah I agree I'm very light, I'm a reasonable build and my diet could be better but due to my job working night shifts it's very difficult for me to have a big appetite, I have dinner and go to the gym then get home and go to work where I will have lunch etc then come home have breakfast and sleep so it's difficult fitting in those extra meals, but once I'm on gear I know it'll more than likely give me an extra push to want to eat more and spend more on better food to eat.

        I agree with Warmouth. The cycle seems to be researched & well thought-out, but you're diet is inadequate. Based on what you just said, it appears as though you're barely covering 2000 calories per day, if even that much.

        Diet is not something you want to adjust on the fly in mid cycle, your diet should be in place & fine tuned BEFORE you start cycling. Expecting "the gear to give you the extra push to want to eat more" is setting yourself up for failure & possibly injury.

        I can understand a busy schedule & how difficult it can be to maintain a diet, but it can be done, many others before you have done it, including myself. My normal diet is 6 meals per day, & when I'm really aggressively cycling, I add 2 more meals, I will get up at midnight & 3 AM just to eat & go right back to bed.

        It CAN be done. How committed are you?

          I agree with both of you guys, I'm going to look into high calorie foods and stuff and get it sorted, dirty eating or clean I'll make sure I consume atleast 3000cal a day, I've never really been fussed about eating healthy just as long as I'm getting a good calorie intake

            Get your weight up to 180-190lbs, 147lbs means your diet is not good at your height.

            4-5 solid meals per day, 1 egg, 1 chicken, 1 beef, 1 fish, all with carbs and fats, then 1 whey isolate shake and 1 casein protein shake - done.

              All you will do at that weight and with a poor diet is put on some weight/muscle with the steroid cycle, then lose it all afterwards and hurt your HPTA.

              Get the diet right first, then think about injectable steroids after.

                I wouldn't do that if I were you. You don't want to be gaining the wrong kind of weight by taking in the wrong kind of, & too many fats. Not to mention the health risks associated with "dirty bulking", like high cholesterol & elevated blood pressure from excessive sodiums inherent to all those dirty foods.

                  Yes! Be very careful dirty bulking. If you ever do that, even though it's adding another compound, which I don't care for doing, add a statin drug such as creator or lipitor. Dirty bulking is just a bad idea.
