Awesome! Take 30 minutes to 1 hour before workout and plan on being very strong. If you have the oil bases TNE, take it up to 2 hours before. I'd never cycle on this, but it is a great add on. To properly cycle, I'd suggest pinning 2x daily, minimum. 3x would be optimal. I was tinkering with 100mgs pre workout,and then tried 200. Man, it was almost too intense. I'm certain of a placebo effect, but there is no denying the power of the stuff. The best part is that it isn't liver toxic like most orals people take preWO and is just natural. Great stuff and is worth brewing up or stockpiling a few grams worth for rainy days.
