As a second cycle, you could go again with the same TP dosage and duration and add Tren Ace and change Var for Winstrol.

I am with you on the test p. I like to get quick results and off cycle quick. I prefer everyday shots, but it does get to be a pain. Every other day is fine. As far as the oral, I run anavar the full 8 weeks in on the test p. As for winstrol, I don't run it more than 6 weeks. I prefer it the last 6 weeks for the drying out effects (even if it's a mental thing). I would for sure run a liver support of some kind, except milk thistle. Only way I would consider milk thistle is if you bought raws in bulk and took like 7-10 grams a day, which would be aweful! NAC or TUDCA are both good choices. Since NAC can be bought anywhere, I usually stick to that. And yes, AI for sure. What doses and pinning schedule are you planning to run?

So if i decide to add the oral (being anavar or winstrol) , can they be sustained though all 8 weeks or better to add it only 5/6 weeks ? In that case is better to put them from the start (1 to 6) or at the end (3 to 8).
About the test , as i am not scared of pins , probable test p is a better option for its fastest in/out rate that lowers water ret possibility. A I right with this ?

I'll also add this. A test only cycle can be used to bulk, cut or recomp. Adjust your diet accordingly and let the magic happen.

If you don't have many cycles under your belt, but have some experience, test only is really good. Some anavar or Winstrol added is good too. And if tren scares you, just hold off. I used to be terrified of it and took me years to pull the trigger. But once I did, there was nothing to fear. Just takes some getting used too.

I am 33, 5'10 and 188lbs , 17% bf. I used to do oly lifting for years but now as i am getting old I just keep training to improve strenght and overall conditioning (lot of squats, dl, bp, pullups and presses). For u to understand the training style, think about a mix between an oly weightlifter and a powerlifter... so hard but pleasant
Although I ´ve not been taking steroids (until now), my diet is well balanced and as I dont train for size (avoiding to ret water due to sarcoplasmic hypertrophy) I have a small but solid shape.

I did a breif description of myself and what I am expecting of a cycle in the "New Members" section just in case anyone wanna know stats, training history, cycles history, etc. Here is the link: http://forums.steroidal.com/new-memb...wbie-here.html
At same time I ask for help on planifying a cycle where my goals are more related to gain lean mass, strenght and a moderate to small weight increase as I train for strenght/power/ rather than size (think about a mix of a weightlifter and a powerlifter). After researching steroids profiles and reading many other suggestions I am considering test/equip and see how it was. On the other hand mr. Warmouth suggest test/var that opens my mind to a possible test/winny too. Will do it for 8 weeks to see how my body reacts as my last cycle was years ago now I am totally clean.
Of course I know tren fits perfect for my needs (lot of strenght + iron lean muscle) but I prefer taking my time adapting my body to milder options/stacks before trying it.
