    Next week it begins! That'll give me quite a long time off, and I couldn't be more ready. This is officially the first time I'm actually trying to add mass, and mass alone. I'm not focusing on keeping definition, vascularity, or anything that comes from a lean bulk. Typically I try to add a few pounds on cycle, but my focus is staying fairly lean. This time I'm going for the gusto. I've been prepping for this for a long time. Since I've been off, I've taken off eating a caloric surplus, lowered protien intake, and have lowered volume in the gym, and gym hours are down as well. I've been sort of priming for over a month. I'm posting a week early so maybe we can do some final tweaks, so feel free to add input. So here is the cycle laid out:

    Weeks1-12
    Test E @ 900 mgs weekly
    Nandrolone Deconate @ 300mgs weekly
    Weeks 1-4
    Dianabol @ 50mgs daily, split morning and preworkout
    Weeks 13-20
    Test E @ 300mgs weekly
    Nandrolone Deconate @ 450 mgs weekly
    Weeks 17-20
    Winstrol @ 50mgs daily
    Armidex @ .25mgs M/W/F
    Prami @ .50mgs EOD
    Hcg @ 500ius M/Th weeks 3-10 and 13-20

    Additional supports:
    Fish oil 1000mgs daily
    Krill oil 1500mgs daily
    Flaxseed oil 1000mgs daily
    Vitamin E 400mgs daily
    CoQ10 200mgs daily
    Vitamin D 5000ius daily
    Pregnenolone 100mgs daily
    DHEA 50mgs daily
    NAC 1800mgs daily
    Tudca 500mgs daily
    Probiotic
    Creatine mono 5 grams 2x daily on an on/off schedule

      Cool man! This isn't the entirety yet. I'm adding something special for the last "push" of this cycle. Going for some peptides.
      Also, there is reason as why I'm lowering the test and raising the deca the last portion of this cycle. I may lower test even more and raise the deca a tad. Maybe a 200/600. I'm wanting to lower the androgens and up the anabolics the last part in order to maintain the gains, while still slowly adding more mass. The first 12 weeks will be my focus point in adding as much as possible, then allowing the anabolics to help hold it. The addition of winstrol will be a nice finishing touch, as I respond extremely well to winstrol for both mass and definition. I've never used it for 4 weeks, usually I'll go 6. I may do it here too, but for now, just 4.
      Around the 8 week mark, I plan to add GHRP-6 and CJC w/o dac for an undetermined amount of time (will get Admin to assist in this) for the appetite increase, since I know the 8 week mark will for sure be a point I will have to increase my calories tremendously. At 4 weeks from wrapping up, I am going to use IGF to close it out. I may extend that to 6 weeks (2 weeks upon concluding the cycle). I'll continue to do my part in peptide research, while hopefully Admin can shine some additional light on it being my first try. I will list my diet and routine shortly.

        Whats your daily diet look like?

        Hunger comes after ONE SHOT from GHRP-6.

        I think you're tying to do a lot with this cycle. The body grows in spurts and trying to maintain adding gains for 20 weeks is going to be hard work and not goon on health.

        You be better blasting for 8 weeks, then lowering, then blasting again.

          That's why I wanted to drop the test to just my trt dose around half way. My original plan was to blast really high doses for 8 weeks, go off for 4, and hit it 8 more weeks. But then I thought I would be trying to do to much. I felt this was simpler in trying to add most of the weight the first half, then let my body acclimate the second half. Do you think the high doses for 8 on, 4 off would be more beneficial? I know an old friend of ours says it is the best method, even with deca. What's your take on that?

          Oh, my diet is going to be a start of 3000 calories per day. I am very very meticulous with this. I have everything wrote down and on my calender. My current TDEE is 2370 per day. I'll start at 2700 week 1, then add 100 calories per day (or however many as my TDEE will be at that point)as the weight gains. I want to start around 300 above maintenance, then increase as the weight increases. I am aiming to be at 3000 calories by the end of week 2, then I will readjust to stay at 500 calories above maintenence. I'm starting oUT at 300 to start slow, then I'll be force feeding throughout the day. My split to start will be roughly 30/45/25 (pro/carb/fat). I'll adjust that as I go as well, but I gain really well with higher carbs.
          As far as the GHRP-6, the first shot?! I can't wait for that. Here is what I need from you on that. How long should it be ran, and how many 1mg vials will I need? I have a hard time with the reconstitution part, and I'm just not sure how many to get. Thanks man!

            To add... I will be receiving blood work every 6 weeks while on this, and then 6 weeks after.

              Ok. So I have decided to narrow this to 16 weeks, but after 12 weeks, I will use IFG-1 LR3 for 4 weeks on, 4 weeks off for another 12. I will also drop the test dose down to my TRT dose after 12 weeks. I decided to run the test @ 1000mgs weekly, the deca @ 450, and the dbol. Still at 4 week @ 50mgs daily. I will use the GHRP-6 the last 4 weeks of this 12 weeker, probably 150mcgs 2x daily. The IFG-1 LR3 will be dosed at 150mcgs 2x daily as well.

                  AM before breakfast (wait 20-30mins after shot to eat), PWO and before bed.

                    That's amazing! I'm really excited about the peps. I didn't see anything on the IGF-1 LR3, but I'm only staying page 3. I need the GHRP-6 and the CJC asap. I'm force feeding all day and it's causing some major indigestion. Luckily I got my doc to get me something. The past 2 days I have been so full that even looking at food turns my stomach. But, it's what we got to so. Bulking is so much harder than cutting for me!

                      I am following this with real interest buddy, I too struggle to eat high amounts all day every day. I tried GHRP-6 but only for 4 days. I reckon the stuff I had was bunk/fake because I noticed nothing but really painful Sub-Q injections, and three jabs a day was just too much.

                      It seems I am not able physically to eat a lot of food in one sitting, so I snack all day. I have found that if I eat 7 or 8 times a day I don't get so bloated, meals are quick and easy, can be pre-made for taking to work and I don't feel overloaded and feel "Fat as a puffed up toad".

                      Good luck with this cycle man, please keep us posted on progress

                        Did you use the CJC w/o DAC with the GHRP-6? Supposedly it is 12x as potent when combined. That's the issue in having is making sure I don't get bunk stuff. Even though it isn't too epensive, I'm reading alot of guys getting underdosed or even bunk peps lately, which is a shame. I'm thinking of getting the more expensive stuff from more well known places just to be sure, however, they are about 2 to 3x more expensive than some I have found. I am eating 3 BIG meals a day, and 3 big snacks as well. It is working good, as I'm up 8 pounds since sunday, lol. I ended up frontloading the deca and with the dbol to, it's adding some water. I'm using a 50 gram protien/40 carb shake after workiuts. That's about it for shakes. I may have a quart of full fat milk and a scoop of casein before bed.

                          This dbol is nuts! This starts my second week and I'm up 10lbs in 7 days. I know it's dbol weight, but it feels good. Sex drive is making me go crazy. I know that's the Prami working. It gets annoying though to be honest. I'm making excellent progress in the gym and really breaking down muscles. I'm staying sore for about 3 days after a workout right now. I'm back to doing squats as well. In keeping it light and doing higher reps. Calories haven't been a problem either. I'm getting more than enough and even considering lowering them a bit for the time being. Still no cardio, but I hope I can get motivated to give it a go.

                              It's all dbol man. Even though it's mostly water, I don't look bloated right now. It's coming though. I did frontload th e deca and test, so there may be a little shining through, but it's still to soon for that.
