Hi guys this is my first cycle I'm 24 6'1" and weigh 215 lbs. I've got my diet down solid and have been lifting since I was 13 years old habitually. I have already started my cycle just had one question but I'll ask that after I explain my cycle.
I'm running test cyp at 400mg a week for 12 weeks. I wanted to run 500 mg but I wasn't able to get my hands on enough gear. I just started my week 3 of pins. I have nolva and clomid for pct along with some hcg. I have armidex on had as well.
Here is my question I've just noticed the cyp kicking in I.e. Not sore as long more sex drive better stamina in the gym. I was wondering when I need to start armidex? Do I wait and start if I start seeing sides I have read to start at week 3 or just have it on hand just in case.
For those who care my diet consist of an average of 2500-3200 calories a day. I take in about 250-300 grams of protien. My fats average about 125 grams a day. And my carb intake fluctuates depending on my work load but I try to generally keep it around 150 grams or less. I'm looking to pack on lean mass but not blow up too big.
