    Advice on current diet and cycle plus Arimidex dose wanted please

    2nd cycle so far

    Age 31
    Weight 185lbs
    Height 5'8"
    Bf 13%
    Lean bulk, 16 week cycle of 600ml sustanon and 400 ml deca durabolen per week. Pinning sus eod with .5 mg arimidex eod then cruise for 12 weeks then blast again.

    BMR is 1940
    TDEE around 3000
    Current intake 3200

    60-90 sec rests

    60-75 min workouts followed by 30 min stationary bike @130 bpm heart rate plus 30 min on my rest day.

    Goal is to put on as much lean mass as possible and limit fat gain.

    Will be blasting and cruising from here on out.

    Hi Dude, and welcome to the forum.

    Looks a solid cycle to me, diet looks a little too clean for putting on mass, but that's just me. In the off-season I am quite lax about diet, as long as enough nutrients are going in daily, a bit of crap here and there doesn't hurt.

      Looks as if though someone has done thier research! Bravo. Looks great man. Just increase the calories as the mass comes. Always be adjusting your TDEE and stay on top of it. It's easy to stick with at first, but it's easier to forget to compensate for the additional weight gain. As far as the cycle, it looks good. I prefer test only or a low test, higher primary. But what you have laid out will work just fine. Good luck! Are you taking hcg?
