I'm thinking about running IGF-1 LR3 ED and DES pre/post workout. Would there be any point in this or should I just stick to one or the other? Also should DES be pre or post workout, or both? Cheers.

One or the other. There is tons of info out there as to why one or the other is obvious. Price is the main concern..I would much rather stick to 1 igf and pin an extra time than to is 2 igfs and waste money. If I could choose 1, it would be igf-1lr3 because I feel, based on my research, is the better of the 2. However, many will disagree with me and choose DES. If you wanted to add something else, try a GHRP or TB400 so that you'll actually get added benefit, albeit small.
