Peptide storage question

Quick question that some of you might be able to give me some information on. I have always been told that both HGH and peptides need to be kept in the freezer until you are going to reconstitute them. But now I read somewhere else that you should not freeze HGH and peptides altogether. Thinking about buying some, but I would like to know how to store it first.

For those who have experience with both, what has been your method of storing these and have you seen any specific drawbacks for keeping it in the freezer? Thanks!

Once reconstituted, keep them in the fridge.

That's what I've always understood. The difference, if any, is most likely minimal though.
