I've been struggling with poor posture for a while, mainly slouching shoulders and forward head position from sitting at a desk all day. I'm starting to feel the effects, like back pain and stiffness. I’m thinking it might be helpful to book a session for posture assessment to get a professional opinion, but I’d also love to hear your thoughts.
Are there specific exercises, stretches, or habits that have helped you improve your posture over time? Have posture correctors or ergonomic chairs worked for you?
Any tips or experiences would be appreciated.
