Ive been busy and kept on same diet, but gonna figure it out this weekend. But I plan on fluctuating cals. No carb days will b at maintenance cals, possibly lower. High carbs will b 500 above tdee. I don't want to have excessively high cals with carbs reintroduced to my body. Kind of err on the side of a recomp diet.Originally posted by LARGERTHANNORMAL View Post18.5 is pretty good

my carbs are at about 219 ed
Tron on carb skip days do you supp your cals with something else? or you just short that day?

Thaaaat is really weird... Sure it's not hypo, but rather, hyperglycemia?.. Maybe you're a diabetes candidate.

well i used to have carbs in my diet, and after training hard or working sometimes i would go extremely hypoglycemic almost to the point of passing out. and it would come on in a heart beat! i could eat some simple sugar, but it better be followed with protein other wise it will come back with a vengance! it was only after i started a low carb diet that they went away. my dad is the same way. our fasting glucose figures are within range. but its like in the presence of carbs, even complex, our pancrease intermittitley dumbs insulin. my dad, our dr, and myself can not quite explain it! dont know what the hell is going on really. so i eat extra protein, and allow glucogenisis to supply my glucose. its a much longer, slower steady process. but going to see if short bursts, like carb cycle and refeed, effects it.Originally posted by FastYou have a problem with maintaing your glucose levels within normal range without it the zero carb days?
