    I wish I could do that. The last time I benched I got 245 about 3 times. I domt do that 1 rep max crap either. Its a vanity move imo. I'm a db guy personally. I did get 70lbs incline for 8 reps this week which was my best ever.

    I grow with high weight and reps 4-6. I don't much care about one rep max, but I'd really like to b in the 400 bench club. . But for now I'll settle for reppin 365 for 4 @ 230
