  • TroN's seemingly pointless thread!!!

I decided to start a thread that will kind of b my "blog" . Any time I wanna share something this is where I'll share it! And I'm sure will b filled with plenty of nonsense! Which is ok too!

I'll start with I decided to encorperate a carb cycle and switched my workouts up. It'll look like this all though I hadn't ironed out the details yet.

    Monday-shoulders-low carbs
    Tuesday-arms/abs-moderate carbs
    Wednesday-legs-high carbs
    Thursday-off-zero carbs
    Friday-chest-low carbs
    Saturday-back-high carbs
    Sunday-off-zero carbs

I got rid of the blogs, they never get read and can bring them back at a later date.

Your blog here will get far more views as well.

ive been on a zero carb diet for about 14? weeks now. only carbs i get are trace carbs from my shakes, my flax seed (dietary fiber) and nuts.

only reason im thinking of carb cycling is to reintroduce carbs to my system. you know "shock" your system. ill probably do it for about 6-8 weeks. then carb load for 2 weeks during my cruise. then go back to a zero carb day. however i may incorperate a refeed day.

I'm still between 250-300 carbs a day and I'm thinking about a refeed ffs. Haha

i cant eat that many carbs...i will get fat and bloated! on my high days i was thinking 200 MAX
moderate days will probably be around 100 and low will be my normal diet of about 30-40.

Insane. I literally cannot function lower than 150... Like I get beyond reason cranky and mad and my cravings for sweets become uncontrollable and unbearable.

if i consume too many carbs over a long period of time i get random hypoglycemic fits. thats why i use protein via glucogenisis to get my glucose.

well i used to have carbs in my diet, and after training hard or working sometimes i would go extremely hypoglycemic almost to the point of passing out. and it would come on in a heart beat! i could eat some simple sugar, but it better be followed with protein other wise it will come back with a vengance! it was only after i started a low carb diet that they went away. my dad is the same way. our fasting glucose figures are within range. but its like in the presence of carbs, even complex, our pancrease intermittitley dumbs insulin. my dad, our dr, and myself can not quite explain it! dont know what the hell is going on really. so i eat extra protein, and allow glucogenisis to supply my glucose. its a much longer, slower steady process. but going to see if short bursts, like carb cycle and refeed, effects it.

Thaaaat is really weird... Sure it's not hypo, but rather, hyperglycemia?.. Maybe you're a diabetes candidate.

Could be warning signs... Cuz it's sure as shit not normal. Maybe see a specialist?
