              18.5 is pretty good

              photos never do justice

              my carbs are at about 219 ed

              Tron on carb skip days do you supp your cals with something else? or you just short that day?

                Ive been busy and kept on same diet, but gonna figure it out this weekend. But I plan on fluctuating cals. No carb days will b at maintenance cals, possibly lower. High carbs will b 500 above tdee. I don't want to have excessively high cals with carbs reintroduced to my body. Kind of err on the side of a recomp diet.
