I believe I'm like 12 to 10%bf already, srs. I feel pretty lean right now and I don't even eat a whole lot. Just the necessary things, protein, carbs, and a few fats.
It's the very beginning of July.

The Georgia is a good show, you can do really well in the Men's Novice division. Start there. Just get lean as fuark and you'll do well. Start stocking up on the shit you'll need (above supplies) now so you can be ready. Second job might not be a bad idea lol.

Anyway, I had an amazing back workout yesterday. Was so angry during the workout that I worked reallllly hard. Everybody was like 'horry shit, don't mess wit dat dude' lol
When is your show, which one ya doing?

16 weeks is a good long time, but not insane or anything. If you go hard you can be pretty fuking lean by the end of 4 months.

Test prop and tren are the backbone of the drug stack. Doesn't have to be super high test cause you're not looking to gain any real mass like you would be in the off-season.

I'd do 50mg test prop and 70mg tren ace daily to start, at minimum. As you go, you can experiment with that tren dose and increase it as you wish. Personally I went as high as 150mg tren daily for a few weeks with no issues.

Also, I'd run T3 throughout the prep, at least for the last 12 weeks. 50mcg daily and not much more than that, as T3 doesn't selectively burn fat, it will burn muscle too and you'll run into the whole diminishing returns thing.

I'd also cycle clen 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off for at least 12 weeks as well. 20, then 40, then 60, then 80 mcg daily, ramping up 20mcg every 1-2 days each time you cycle the clen in. This should help you getting leaner.

On top of those, adex will keep you dry, and will be especially necessary as you get closer to contest. I'd run adex throughout, ½ to 1mg daily. If affordability is an issue, at least run the adex for the last 4-6 weeks so you will be dry come contest time.

As you get leaner and leaner, preferably sub-10% body fat, throw in 50mg Mast prop daily too. Ideally the last 8-10 weeks of prep you should be using mast as well.

The last 3-4 weeks before the show, throw in an oral steroid like Winni, Halo, or Var, 50mg daily or so.

Those are the basics. I'd also recommend a diuretic as the show gets real close, I used hydravax last time, which is OTC and worked well for being legal.

I'm telling ya, it's a lot of shit to pump yourself up with, and it's not cheap either…

At the height of my prep last year, this is what I was on DAILY:
    Prop: 50mg
    Tren: 150 mg
    Mast: 100mg
    Winni: 100mg
    Clen: 80mcg
    T3: 50mcg
    Adex: 1mg
Insulin: 10 units post workout along with other injections throughout the day to manage my diabetes
    Hydravax: 2 caps

Have fun bro and ask us questions!! OTS and I can be a good resource and I wanna see you rock nuts.

I used to not even be able to do more than a cc with out terrible Pip and swelling. Now I can pin 3cc. Guess Consistentcy is key. 2.5cc in right delt on Wednesday. Did some crazy slow reps tonight. Wore myself out pretty quick. Made each rep take 8 seconds.

Never usually did more than 2ml in the delts, I found my arm had that heavy feeling if I did more.

I'm saying they respond well to drugs, training and diet, I didn't ever claim they're natural, of course they're not, not the guys walking round at 250lbs+ with abs. But what I did say was that I think Ronnie was natural when he turned Pro or was using a very small amount of anabolic steroids.

If it was as easy as using stupid amounts of steroids, growth factors, training and dieting, why aren't there more Pro's walking around? Once in a while a freak comes along and I believe that is Ronnie due to the amount of stage weight he put on from 1995+.

You're entitled to the thought he was on a ton of everything turning Pro. However, both our theories are exactly that - theories. None of what we're saying is based on fact as neither of us know the full story and/or what Ronnie was taking (if anything) when he turned Pro or after.
    1. If it's as simple as having awesome genetics, why aren't there more freaks walking around out there at 230 lbs and 7% body fat natty? It's the type of question that can be asked either way.

    2. Taking tons of gear isn't easy, and elite genetics and diet and training ALWAYS factor in - I would never claim they didn't. Taking tons of gear requires discipline, money, and smarts. The cost alone is a major discouraging factor for a lot of people who aspire to pro-level comps, as most of those people are young and without a sizable income. Then there's the relative minority of people who even WANT to look like a freak. But for most guys like me, money is the big factor keeping cycles more reasonable in dose and duration. Again, I have stated that I do think Ronnie and others like him have incredible elite genetics….

    3. ….which leads me to my other point, which we glossed over. Why would he NOT TAKE the other drugs all of his competitors were also using? Even 20 years ago bodybuilders were using GH, and slin came around about 20 years ago or so as well. I'm just saying, there's no reason whatsoever not to use the same stuff everyone else is using, they were all using loads of test, tren, ephedra was huge back then (and legal lol), clen and t3 available. If you're Ronnie and you have elite genetics, why stop with a half cc of prop every day? Even if he looked good on that, adding in the rest isn't much more expensive (we all know HGH is what really costs), and it only makes things fair with the other competitors who were also using these drugs.

    4. Another very valid point I had which we've ignored is Ronnie's LEO affiliation and retirement with the municipality for which he worked. I offered a very plausible scenario whereby it would be very much in Ronnie's best interest to downplay the role of illegal anabolics in his bodybuilding career while he was also working as a police officer!! He likely does not want to perjure himself in the event that he WAS in fact using illegal PEDs when he was sworn into the force, and certainly was using them during much of the time he served.

With all that said, I don't think it's a bad thing that pros use a lot of gear. I like the idea that there's an upper echelon of roid users who aren't just trying to look good so they can smash sloots on Spring Break.

I think its pretty incredible how someones genetics can differ from the others.
