Floating between 205-210. Havent had a shot in a while so doing good maintaining i suppose. Not training too hard, just going for a pump basically. Nothing heavy yet except on deadlifts. Waiting til i go back on cycle and add the gh and slin before really killing it. Body needed a break after the bodybuilding show. Olympia 5.5 weeks out.

Rice, potatoes, quinoa. Bbq sandwiches with kc masterpiece isnt "clean eating". That would be a cheat meal for me

Off season goal is 200 to 220lbs. That's on a 5'4 frame....let that sink in. Going to try to eat good this bulk. Lots of whole eggs with cheese and chicken to make BBQ sandwiches with master kc bbq sauce. Tryin to hit the carb macros too. Cereal is good for that but might be too sugary.
