      Try using different seasonings on your chicken to spice it up. That's the only way I can keep my chicken interesting enough to choke it down.

        I only use Mrs dash. High BP so intake of sodium is really regulated for me

                        Training delts and traps today.

                        Did 20 minutes of cardio pre workout. Workout was:
                        Smith machine shrugs (6 sets)
                        DB side raises (bent arm) 5 sets
                        DB side raises (straight arm) 4 sets
                        Hammer strength shoulder press 3 sets
                        Dumbbell front raises 4 sets
                        Swingers 3 sets

                          Did 6iu Insulin. 30g waixy maize for initial and for my spike ill cover it with fat free rice. Yum yum. Oh and TUNA!!!
