In the works as we speak: Baked chicken, chick peas, okra (yes, the okra is fried but the portions are quite small). Had to take a break from all greens...I could sh!t through a key hole after all the roughage I've consumed over the past several days.
a lot of times my food is very plain and bland, especially if i have to cook it while im at work. i work out of town and the only thing i have to cook with is a george foreman grill and an electric griddle. on top of that i dont have time to cook even one meal a day so i have to prepare ALL of my meals for the 10 days that im gone and store them in my mini fridge.
Bro i hear ya but if i want to be lean i have no choice but to eat this way! I just have gotten used to it over the years
Post training I am eating 6oz boneless skinless chicken breast. One cup of brown rice and a huge bowl of leafy greens, 1 cup broccoli, 1 cup chopped cucumber and about half cup of chopped radishes
