The foundation of your diet should be plant-based foods. These should include plenty of fruits, vegetables, and legumes. Grains in your diet (breads and pasta) should be whole grains. Add a handful of nuts per day.

And that's that! I mix and match my meals throughout the day and always come out with perfect macros. Except yesterday I was up since 6 and had 405g carbs in me by 10PM. Oops.

Im bulking, slightly over maintenance. I have cut down a bit for the next few weeks due to a little comp, but here is my typical diet, slightly over maintenance:
Breakfast
6=8 eggs
1 cup oatmeal w/ teaspoon butter
12oz 2% milk
10am
50 grams protien shake, 14 carbs
Lunch
2 cans of tuna
6oz asparagus
2 slices of white bread
Dinner
12oz steak
1 sweet potato
alot of kale
Before Bed
1.5 cups of non-fat greek yogurt
If macros have not been met for the day, Ill throw a post-workout shake in as well. I also drink a minimum of 1 gallon of water a day, also a large sweet tea from McDs.
