      5000iu vitamin D3
      1200mgs red rice yeast
      2 servings of cholesteroff
      300mgs CoQ10
      60mgs micronized pregnenolone
      50mgs micronized DHEA
      600mgs NAC
      A serious amino profiled protien powder

          Believe it or not, my liver is great! Thats what the NAC and vitamin C are for. NAC should be used by everyone in my opinion. You should see my pill dispenser. Ill try and get a pic up. It is comical.

                I prefer green vegetables , red meats, fish oil and some special whey protein products, mainly fat free cheese. sometimes once in a week, I used to take supplementary product which contains Chromium and Glutamine, which is used to reduce fat by thermogenic heat which is liberated and burn the fat within the body.
                so this way, I maintain the week schedule.
